Real Experiences. Genuine Guest Reviews.
Recommendations from real guests who have travelled with Hannes Scheepers and his crews over many years of professional yacht charter operations.
"We just returned home yesterday after one unforgettable week in the BVI. In addition to myself, our group included my wife, our 15-year-old son, and our 14-year-old daughter. Suffice it to say I doubt we'll ever stay in a resort after this."
"Hannes is an excellent captain and an all-around amazing person. My friends and I had one of the best weeks of our lives sailing with him in the BVI. He created a fun, active atmosphere while teaching us about sailing and boating. He is also a fantastic divemaster. We are already planning our next trip."
"Hannes and Julia made our BVI catamaran trip incredible. They knew every place and everybody, and their local knowledge added something special at every stop. They customised the itinerary perfectly for our family, and we will definitely be back."
"Julia and Hannes made this trip everything we had hoped for and more. Every day was filled with amazing experiences—from sailing and diving to island exploring. These two know how to make an incredible trip come true."
"Great trip! Definitely recommend. They were so accommodating to whatever we wanted to do. Hannes is a fantastic captain and Julia's creative cooking was out of this world."
"Julia and Hannes know how to do it right. Adventuring, exploring, island hopping, diving, relaxing and re-energising at sea was one of the most magical experiences of my life."
"Hannes led us on an incredible week in the BVI, introducing us to the beauty of Anegada while being an outstanding divemaster."
"We've been spoiled for life. From now on, chartered sailing is the only way for us."
Our Principal Charter Experience
Fully Crewed Yacht Charters
Your own captain, chef and crew look after the yacht, the meals and the day-to-day—so you relax, explore and dine while the week is planned around your group. A great crew often shapes the holiday more than the yacht itself.
Full Board Signature
The captain, chef and crew look after the yacht, meals and onboard service according to the yacht’s published charter terms. Exact food, beverage and cruising-cost inclusions vary by yacht and destination.
Half Board
The same fully crewed experience, with a mix of meals aboard and selected meals ashore—more chances to enjoy local restaurants and island communities. Available on certain yachts.
Full Board and Half Board are meal-plan options within a crewed charter—not separate charter types. Each yacht’s brochure, rate sheet and charter agreement govern the exact inclusions.
Explore Fully Crewed ChartersLooking for another charter arrangement?
Most guests choose a fully crewed charter. If you’d prefer more independence, we also arrange:
- Captain-Only — a professional captain operates the yacht; you keep more independence over meals and the rhythm of the week.
- Bareboat — for experienced, qualified sailors who want complete independence.
Where Would You Like to Sail?
We plan crewed charters across the Caribbean and beyond—led by the British Virgin Islands, the classic first-charter cruising ground.
Why Are You Chartering?
