Tell Us About Your Trip

Most crewed yacht charters operate on weekly turnaround schedules, often beginning and ending on weekends. If your travel dates are flexible, let us know — we may be able to recommend a wider choice of yachts.

Share anything that may help us understand what you’re looking for — such as the destinations you’re considering, preferred activities, approximate budget, yacht preferences, group needs or a special occasion.

If you’re still exploring, that’s completely fine. Tell us what you know so far, and one of our brokers will help you work through the options.

How We Can Help

Every charter is different. We regularly help clients:

  • Choose the right destination
  • Compare suitable yachts
  • Understand charter costs
  • Explain APA and charter agreements
  • Plan itineraries
  • Coordinate special occasions
  • Arrange family holidays
  • Compare charter types
  • Understand seasonal differences
  • Navigate the booking process

Whether you know exactly what you want or don't know where to begin, we'll guide you through the options.

Before We Recommend a Yacht

Rather than immediately suggesting yachts, we'll first learn about your plans. Typical questions include:

  • When would you like to travel?
  • Where are you thinking of chartering?
  • How many guests will be joining?
  • What is your approximate budget?
  • Have you chartered before?
  • What activities are most important?
  • Are you celebrating a special occasion?
  • Are there any accessibility or dietary requirements?

The answers help us recommend yachts and destinations that genuinely suit your trip.

What Happens Next?

  1. 1

    Review Your Plans

We’ll carefully review the information you’ve provided, including your preferred destination, travel dates, group size, budget and any special interests.

  2. 2

    Research & Recommendations

Rather than sending a generic list of yachts, we’ll consider the factors that have the biggest impact on your charter—your travel style, group, activities, seasonal conditions, availability, crew suitability and budget.

  3. 3

    Compare Your Options

We’ll explain the strengths and trade-offs of each recommendation so you can make an informed decision. If another option would better suit your trip, we’ll explain why.

  4. 4

    Refine & Book

As your plans develop, we’ll help refine your itinerary, coordinate with the yacht’s central agent, and guide you through the booking process.

Making an enquiry doesn’t commit you to booking anything—we’re happy to help you make an informed decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a crewed yacht charter cost?

Crewed charter pricing varies widely by yacht size, age, crew, destination, season, and level of luxury. In the BVI and Caribbean, many quality crewed catamarans fall somewhere between the mid-five figures and six figures per week. We will help you understand the real total cost before you book.

Is the advertised charter fee the total price?

Usually not. The advertised charter fee is generally the starting point rather than the final cost. Depending on the yacht, destination and charter agreement, additional expenses may include APA, fuel, provisions, marina fees, local taxes, permits and crew gratuity. Understanding these variables before booking allows you to compare yachts more accurately and budget with greater confidence.

How far in advance should I book?

For the best yachts and holiday weeks, book 6-12 months ahead. Christmas, New Year's, spring break, and peak winter BVI dates can sell out early. Last-minute charters are sometimes available, but your choices will be more limited.

Are crewed charters good for kids?

Yes, many yachts are excellent for families. We help match families with suitable crew, safe layouts, kid-friendly activities, and appropriate cabin arrangements. Some yachts have minimum age rules, so we verify this before booking.

Do we need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Charter contracts have cancellation terms, and insurance can help protect against certain covered events such as illness, travel disruption, or emergencies.
